- Plan together. We’ll discuss findings, treatment options and questions before moving forward.
What to bring
- Dental insurance card, if applicable
- Medication list and relevant medical history
- Previous dental records or X-rays, if available
- Questions and goals for your smile
Depending on your individual needs and scheduling, cleaning services may be scheduled separately from your initial exam.
Insurance and payment
We work with many commercial dental insurance plans and offer an in-house membership option for qualifying patients without insurance. Call for details and current terms.
